Does Intellecap have an induction for new hires and any further training on the job? 
Intellecap educates new hires on the company’s policies, work and ideas, during an initial training period. This induction allows new Associates time to assimilate themselves into the Intellecap work environment. Team members then have the continued opportunity to be sponsored to attend executive training programs in a variety of fields such as statistical analysis or corporate finance. How often do Associates from each level interface with clients?
Our flat structure allows most team members to interact with clients directly during engagements. However business development typically occurs between Vice Presidents and clients. Nevertheless, team members at all levels are encouraged to generate leads and contribute to business development.

How often do Associates travel?
The amount of travelling, like client interface, depends on the types of assignments and resources needed for a specific engagement. While Vice Presidents are generally responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, any team member may be required to travel for primary data collection or research. 

Associates are regularly exposed to the field; however, field exposure depends on the nature of the particular engagement. Primary research and immediate client interface typically necessitates team members attendance at the institutions head office. While it is not always possible to send Associates to the field, we do try to create a complete picture of the space through knowledge sharing. 

Are there international career opportunities?
While projects may require travel abroad, Intellecap does not currently offer positions outside of India.

How does one advance to a higher level position?
Demonstrated ability and superior performance are the main drivers in attaining a higher position. Please refer to our Professional Development section for further information.

How much choice do Associates have in the work assigned to them?
Associates can express interest in working on particular assignments by bidding for them. In turn, projects will be assigned on a first-ask basis, but also according to whether the bidder has the appropriate skills for the project and the required time to effectively contribute.
